Bonnie’s Restaurant at Glasson Lakehouse offers a superb dining experience, serving lunch and dinner daily. Our menu has been created by Executive Chef Dee Adamson with an emphasis on fresh, local produce and seasonal fare.

The terrace at Bonnie’s Restaurant, centered around an open kitchen and wood burning fire, is the perfect spot to unwind after a round of golf or activities on the lake. Soak up the sun, or cosy up by the fire and enjoy this unique spot all year round. After your dinner, why not wander next door for a post drink at Tom’s Fish & Tackle, a shebeen style pub right in the heart of Glasson Lakehouse.

We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. From daily seafood specials to succulent steaks cooked over our Argentinian grill, our Executive Chef Dee has created an array of mouth-watering dishes that suit any occasion.

About the Chef

Executive Chef Dee Adamson has carefully curated the menu at Bonnie’s Restaurant. Previously awarded Best Chef in Leinster at the Irish Restaurant Awards, Dee attributes her passion for food to her days growing up on her family’s dairy farm.

Having grown up in Glasson, Dee worked in local restaurants from the age of 16. Combining her natural talent and flair for food, Dee then studied hotel and catering management in Athlone IT before travelling and working in the USA & Australia. Realising home is where the heart is, she has spent the last 15 years in Athlone. Dee now successfully integrates her culinary flair with her passion for sourcing and showcasing local & Irish produce, to create our show-stopping menu at Bonnie’s Restaurant.

Dee fronts a team of chefs overseeing the food offering across Bonnie’s Restaurant which offers breakfast, lunch and dinner in Glasson Lakehouse seven days a week.
