Bonnie’s Restaurant at Glasson Lakehouse offers a warm and welcoming dining experience in the heart of Athlone overlooking the banks of Lough Ree. The menu has been created by Executive Chef Dee Adamson who focuses on farm to table cooking that celebrates the very best of local Irish produce.

We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner daily with a delectable brunch menu on the weekends. From daily seafood specials to succulent steaks cooked over our Argentinian grill, our Executive Chef Dee has created an array of mouth-watering dishes that suit any occasion.
